 ITEM AVAILABILITY:
Item availability is not guaranteed.  We make every effort to keep our inventory updated.  However, occasionally we may sell out of certain products.  If we are out of stock in an item you have ordered, we will notify you be email and the changes will be reflected on your shipping invoice.

CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION NUMBER (SECURITY CODE):
CVN stands for Card Verification Number and it is one of the ways that merchants and card issuers are working together to increase credit card security.  The number is a 3 or 4  digit code that is added to your card on either the back, above the signature strip, or the front, above the embossed number.  You will need to enter your CVN each time you make your purchase because we do not store this number in our records.

SALES TAX:
Recipients of orders shipped to states other than Massachusetts are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws. In compliance with Massachusetts state tax laws, My True Fit does not charge sales tax for apparel purchases delivered to Massachusetts addresses. However, My True Fit may charge sales tax on any non-apparel orders delivered to Massachusetts addresses.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES:
We charge your credit card when an item ships to you. Because items may ship at different times, you may find separate charges on your credit card statement.
 
 
 



SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
My True Fit typically ships items using:
  • UPS (United Postal Service)
  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
After an order is placed with mytruefit.com, you will receive a confirmation email saying your order has been accepted. Most items are shipped within one business day during weekdays. When an item ships, a shipment confirmation email is sent that includes a tracking number. You may use this tracking number to view the progress of your shipment.
 
 
 
DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS AND METHODS:
  • FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on ALL ORDERS over $150.00
  • Free shipping applies only to Domestic orders placed in the Continental U.S. (excludes Hawaii and Alaska as well as all International orders)
Overnight shipping orders will be handled by UPS. Overnight shipping must be received before 12:00 pm noon (Eastern Standard Time), or the item will be shipped the following business day.
 
 
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS AND METHODS:
International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total price of items, the weight of package, and its destination. 
 
Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to import charges, duties, or taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
 
 
 
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:
Because we use UPS for Expedited Shipping, we may be unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses as well as P.O. Boxes in many cases.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS:
You will be notified via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
 
 


 
PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE:
My True FitSM is the easiest place for purchasing jeans. We work hard to keep our prices competitive with other online retailers.  My True FitSM will price match any online competitor’s non-clearance priced items at the time of purchase. This way you can still enjoy all of the key benefits of shopping at My True FitSM such as FREE fit recommendations, FREE shipping* and FREE style advice, while still having confidence that you’re getting the best price possible. Simply email Customer Care the link of the product and size you would like to purchase as well as the link from the competitor’s website of the lower-priced identical item and a customer care team member will get back to you within 24 business hours.

While we stand behind our competitive prices and convenience, WE ARE NOT an overstock liquidator of past season merchandise. So here is the “fine print”:

A clearance price is considered to be 30% or more off of the original price. We will price match identical items only including style, color and size. To qualify for price matching, the size you wish to purchase must be available on the competitor’s website. We do not price match coupons. Special promotions such as rebates, gift certificates, and "buy one, get one" offers are not eligible. The web site must not be an auction site (such as eBay), a discount site (such as overstock.com, 6pm.com and smartbargains.com), or a paid-membership club. Also, the web site must be run by a U.S. Corporation. Price matching is not guaranteed on clearance items. We will price match clearance items at our discretion only. Some denim brands place restrictions on our ability to price match in season items. You will be notified by customer care if the item you wish to purchase falls within brand restrictions. Finally, there is a limit of one guarantee claim per item, per order.
